| COMMITTEES - 1. The President shall appoint the following committees as may be autorized by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. |

A. Auditing Committee*To be composed of three members whose duties shall be to check and audit all accounts, books, etc., of the Secretary-Treasurer prior to the annual meeting and to report their findings at that meeting. |
B. Finance Committee*To be composed of three members and Secretary-Treasurer whose duties will be to draw an operating budget, which when approved by the Board of Directors at its annual meeting, will be binding upon the Corporation for each following calendar year. |
C. Policy Committee*To be comprised of a member from each chapter whose duties shall be to study and analyze problems of policy and recommend any new policies. |
D. Public Relations Committee*To be comprised of a member from each chapter whose duties shall be to develop, recommend and implement programs and techniques designed to engender favorable relations for the EAIFO, its chapters and members. |
E. Awards CommitteeTo be composed of three members whose duties shall be to coordinate chapter award nominations for the Joseph L. Warren Memorial award. |
F. Constitution and By-Laws CommitteeTo be composed of three members and be responsible for development, interpretation, and maintenance of the EAIFO Constitution and By-Laws including review, comment, and preparation of any proposed amendment thereto, and to update reflecting current procedures. |
G. EAIFO Website CommitteeTo be comprised of a member from each chapter whose duties shall be to study and analyze EAIFO websites and recommend any improvements. |
H. Fees and College Liaison CommitteeTo be composed of three members whose duties shall be to review/develop a schedule of existing fees for schools/conferences serviced by EAIFO members in order to draft a fees agreement. |
I. Rules and Mechanics CommitteeTo be composed of three members whose duties shall be to recommend techniques and other activity designed to provide EAIFO members with a base for continuing development of football rules knowledge and mechanics skills. |
